PREAMBLE
The Arts, Photography Club is a haven for artists, photographers, and filmmakers alike, where enthusiasts of all levels can come together to explore, create and inspire. From workshops and exhibitions showcasing the latest trends in contemporary art to photography outings that capture the beauty of the world around us, and screenings of short films that transport audiences to new realms of imagination, there's something for everyone at the Arts, Photography Club. With this belief in mind, we propose the establishment of the Arts, Photography Club at ICAR-IARI, New Delhi, campus.
PURPOSE
The main aim of the club will be to promote various arts, photography, and short film activities in the campus. To develop and encourage creative arts and photographic expression, knowledge and provide a platform for the artistic talents among students.
ACTIVITIES
- Themed photo challenges to encourage creativity and exploration.
- Film screenings followed by discussions to analyze cinematic techniques and storytelling.
- Guest lectures by industry professionals to provide insights into photography and filmmaking.
- Collaborative arts projects where students can learn hands-on production skills.
- Photography workshops covering techniques such as composition, lighting, and post-processing.
- Film festivals showcasing student-produced short films and documentaries.
- Community outreach programs using arts to raise awareness on social issues.
- The club activities should align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

MEMBERSHIP
Membership in the Arts and Photography Club is open to all UG students of ICAR-IARI campus.
HOW TO APPLY
Interested individuals can register by filling out a membership form available in The Graduate School, Academic Management System. There are no membership fees, and all members will have access to club activities and resources. For further inquiries, please contact the Club in-charge.
